Job Summary: 

Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing and in alignment with the Marketing team, the Digital Marketing / E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns, e-commerce operations and providing logistical support and execution for several digital media products and software platforms. The ideal candidate will design and manage daily digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, META Business Manager and Amazon Ads, with a strong focus on revenue generation and performance reporting, while leveraging analytics, track strategies to optimize campaign performance and drive measurable business results.  In addition, this person will coordinate digital/informational updates and projects for the company website and blog, while managing our direct-to-consumer e-commerce presence through our website and Amazon storefront. 

Duties / Responsibilities: 

Digital Advertising and Campaign Management:

Design, execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, META Business Manager and Amazon Ads;

Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and revenue generation;

Create and maintain UTM tracking parameters for accurate campaign attribution;

Develop audience targeting strategies and A/B testing frameworks to improve campaign performance. 

Analytics and Reporting:

Build and maintain performance dashboards using GA4 and other analytics tools;

Prepare monthly analytics and social media activity reports for the management team, delivered as dynamic presentations;

Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, ecommerce metrics and digital marketing KPIs.

Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization;

Assist the Associate Director of Marketing with mining and management of analytics data. 

Ecommerce Operations:

Manage direct-to-consumer ecommerce operations through company website and Amazon storefront;

Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive revenue;

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Operations department on stock management for online channels. 

Website and Ecommerce Store Management:

Manage daily operation of the company website and e-commerce store, using WordPress and WooCommerce;

List new products, create and deploy landing pages and publish new assets, as needed;

Execute product/blog website updates and corrections, as needed;

Coordinate source data updates/approvals/implementation;

Monitor company blog for comments and coordinate appropriate responses;

Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers on technical requirements. 

SEO and GEO:

Coordinate and execute SEO projects to improve organic search visibility;

Research and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to optimize content for AI-powered search experiences;

Monitor search rankings and organic traffic, implementing improvements as needed. 

Additional Responsibilities:

Manage survey responses as they relate to new products (both physical and digital);

Assist the New Products team with new product research. 

Qualifications: 

2 – 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related field;

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related discipline, a plus;

Proficiency with the MS Office suite of products, including Teams;

Demonstrated experience with Google Ads, META Business Manager (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Amazon Ads;

Proficiency in GA4 and web analytics platforms;

Strong understanding of UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and attribution models

Expertise in HTML, CSS, WordPress, WooCommerce, and SEO;

Demonstrated experience managing e-commerce storefronts, including product listings, landing pages and asset deployment; 

Experience with e-commerce platforms and Amazon Seller Central;

Familiarity with reviewing and analyzing web traffic analysis reports;

Experience using content management systems (Zendesk, Ontraport, M2M; 

Experience or strong interest in SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO);

Ability to work effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet and exceed deadlines;

Stay current on new technology trends and apply to digital strategy, where appropriate;

Familiarity with creative file formats;

Ability to create compelling, data-driven presentations, for management reporting;

Exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;

Astute time management; attention to detail; creative; organized; effective proof-reading multi-tasking, problem-solving, follow-through and customer service skills;

Ability to work effectively alone, within a collaborative team environment and to tight deadlines;  

Passion for guitar and music. 

Compensation:

$75K - $90K base salary DOE, for this full-time, exempt position.
