JobSummary:   

Reporting to the OperationsManager, the HR Administrator will assume responsibility for daily support forthe HR Generalists.  Your contribution will be pivotal in maintaining anorganized, efficient and welcoming environment for our clients and their employees. This position will provide a great opportunity to learn human resources andbuild core skills. 

Duties/ Responsibilities:  

Complete new hireonboarding and set up electronic personnel files; 

Processterminations; 

Process employeestatus changes; 

Assist in theonboarding and offboarding processes by preparing necessary documentationand coordinating new hire processes and procedures;  

Maintain and updateemployee records with utmost confidentiality and accuracy, using our Prism HRISsoftware; 

Create andmaintaininternal forms:  

Respond to employeeinquiries in a timely and professional manner;  

Assist in preparingHR reports and documentation as needed;  

Collaborate closelywith HR team members, to implement and improve departmental processes;  

Perform a varietyof administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying and data entry.   

Qualifications:  

High schooldiploma; 

Associate’s Degreein Business, HR, or related discipline, preferred; 

Minimum of 2 yearsof HR administrative experience; 

Experience withHRIS software; 

Proficiency in theMS Office 365 suite of products, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook; 

Proficiency inoperating office equipment to include PCs, copiers, fax machine and 10-keycalculator; 

Exceptional oraland written communication and interpersonal skills; 

Exemplary timemanagement, accuracy, organizational, problem-solving, attention to detail,multi-tasking, decision-making, critical thinking and customer service skills; 

Ability to workeffectively alone, following training period and within a high-pressure teamenvironment.   

WorkingHours: 

8:00AM – 5:00PMMonday through Friday, with 1 hour for lunch and 2 10-minute breaks.   

Compensation: 

$23.00 - $ 26.00per hour DOE for this full-time, non-exempt position.
