Operations Customer Service Rep - MUST HAVE BANKING EXPERIENCE

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Central Operations Officer, the Customer Service Representative will support the Operations Department in handling time-sensitive and back-end operations tasks completed daily.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Answer bookkeeping and other types of calls; provide relevant answers, or field to the appropriate person:
Provide general and technical support to customers and employees regarding the bank’s electronic banking products and services to include online banking, cash management, Bill Pay and ACH origination;
Process remote deposits and incoming/outgoing wires;
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED;
At least 2 years of experience within banking operations;
Proficient MS Office suite experience, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to learn new software applications quickly;
Exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;
Exemplary time management, organizational, problem-solving, attention to detail, high level of accuracy, multi-tasking, critical thinking, data analysis and customer service skills;
Ability to work effectively alone and within a team environment.
Compensation:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE, for this full-time, non-exempt position.
Benefits:
10 days of paid vacation annually accruing on start date during the 1st year of employment and increasing incrementally thereafter;
6 days of paid sick time annually, allotted on January 1 in a lump sum, with a carryover not to exceed 90 days;

Working Hours:
8:15AM – 5:15PM Monday – Thursday
8:15AM – 6:15PM - Friday
1 Saturday a month - 8:45AM – 12:15PM
