Job Summary:

Veterinary emergency medicine is a rigorous and extremely rewarding field.  The Customer Service Representative needs to be people and pet oriented, a team player, responsible, reliable, have a flexible schedule, excellent oral and written communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations and offer amazing customer service to every client. The position can be full-time or part-time.

Working Hours: 

Most of the shifts will be nights and swing, including weekends and holidays on either a full-time, or part-time basis. 

Compensation: 

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending upon experience, plus a $3.00 per hour differential for overnight shifts.
