Company Profile:
Our client, a local commercial diving manufacturing company, is seeking a Neoprene Assembler.
Job Summary:
Assemble neoprene / rubber products to meet customer satisfaction and Company quality. Working with supervisor to cuts, adhere, assemble hood seals, neck dams.
Responsibilities:
Assemble neoprene/rubber products;
Complete daily work order reports;
Cut-out and assemble dive-related Miller Harnesses;
Deliver finished products to receiving department in a timely manner;
Requirements:
Ability to read a tape measure and be able to transfer measurements onto material;
Able to utilize tools safely and efficiently including shears, scissors, thread snips, hand roller, adhesives/glue and clicker press;
Ability to stand, sit and use hands, fingers for intricate work in 1 one location for up to 3-hour intervals;
Proficiency in oral and written English and the ability to follow written instructions;
Accuracy, attention to detail and working to strict deadlines, necessary;
Must be highly motivated and a self-starter;
Bilingual English – Spanish proficiency a plus.

Hours:
8:00AM – 4:30PM with half an hour for lunch, Monday through Friday
Compensation:
$14.00 per hour for this full-time role, plus benefits
