Reporting to the Precision Hydro Field Pump Operator, the Pump Hand is responsible for assisting with all tasks required for the assembly, disassembly and installation of water well pumps.
In conjunction with the Field Pump Operator, ensure jobs complete on-time, on-budget and safely;
Assist with lifting, removing and installing production equipment, as required
Execute physical activities in a safe and cost-effective manner and inform Field Pump Operator of any jobsite injury immediately;
Assist with performing maintenance on rigs and equipment;
Maintain clean job sites, shop and yard areas;
Provide daily accurate job information to Field Pump Operator, including photos and description of work completed;
Complete and maintain accurate timecard information and ensure timely submittal;
Use company issued equipment solely for company business and follows procedures and policies regarding usage;
Assist in driving and transporting equipment as necessary.
High school/trade school graduate, or equivalent relevant training or GED;
Basic computer knowledge and ability to train on and use appropriate digital technology, as required by company protocol;
Ability to safely operate field equipment and machinery following training period;
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, team environment with constant communication between all departments;
Ability to travel for extended periods of time, as needed;
Ability to assume flexible work schedule;
Proficient oral and written communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, organizational and time management skills;
Class C driving record and clear driving record, required.
7:00AM – 3:30/4:00PM Monday through Friday
$20.00 per hour DOE for this non-exempt, full-time position on a 40-50 hour work week basis with overtime.
