Job Summary:

Aspatore is looking for a Google Ads Marketer for our group of family companies - Parentfile, WonderDads and Gifts for Family.  The position entails establishing and monitoring ads on multiple Google channels, aimed at conversions to engage new members. In addition, this individual will also be responsible for testing conversion ads on additional platforms such as Twitter, Spotify, Amazon and others. The role is ideal for an experienced Google Ads marketer, who is data-driven, conversion-oriented and who enjoys launching new campaigns, making adjustments and can effectively manage multiple campaigns and brands at the same time.  In living our brand, we implement “Family Time Wednesdays” from 3:00 PM-5:00 PM, in closing the company and spending time with our families. 

Duties / Responsibilities:


Establish conversion campaigns on all Google platforms - keywords, YouTube, retargeting and more;

Ability to understand role, get up to speed quickly and be a self-starter mentality;

Implement data tracking and reporting to determine which ad strategies are working best;

Achieve an average cost per action (CPA) of $100-$200, depending on the product and channels;

Proven ability to work effectively and strategically with budgets of $50,000+ per month;

Experience in working on platforms such as Twitter, Spotify, Amazon, a plus.


5+ years of creating and executing conversion ad campaigns on Google;

Astute written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to design own creative assets when needed in programs such as Canva.

Technology-savvy to use best-in-class content marketing software, tools and resources;

Successful in creating impactful and attention-grabbing headlines and copy;

Exceptional time management, organizational, attention to detail, follow-through and multi-tasking skills;

Proficient computer based skills and experience with various types of social media marketing and outreach resources;

Self-starter, ability to work remotely effectively and results-driven.


$80K - $100K base salary DOE for this full-time exempt position.



$125.00 / month work-from-home subsidy;
