Empirical Systems Aerospace, Inc. (ESAero) is a growing aerospace company in San Luis Obispo, providing various services which include, rapid system development, on-demand niche engineering, hands-on development/testing, electric aircraft design and small UAS aerospace system manufacturing. 

Job Summary: 

The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible and accountable for the overall development, delivery, maintenance, continuity and support of our critical computer systems.  The ideal candidate will take a lead role in the implementation, operation and maintenance of NetSuite design, concepts and processes and will be charged with working across all departments to to maintain connectors with other internal software applications.  The candidate will work to ensure that the functionality of Netsuite, and support systems, is optimized and that all users are well positioned with the training and knowledge needed to effectively use the systems to their fullest. 

Duties / Responsibilities: 

Maintain system controls for NetSuite software and other assigned systems;

Translate new business requirements into technical designs;

Develop, test, release and support any organization initiatives from a technical perspective;

Provide user support with regard to all aspects of our core systems, including system documentation and training materials;

Maintain proper system access for all roles;

Perform regular data audits, check error logs and resolve issues identified;

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integration;

Effectively compile, organize and convey complex technology concepts from interaction with cross-functional teams, in leading performance initiatives to best serve the organization;

Develop and document company-wide standards to ensure consistency and accuracy of NetSuite implementation;

Publish, maintain and modify processes and procedures to ensure consistency and objectives are achieved using NetSuite best practices;

Ability to manage a small team. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a business-related discipline;

Oracle NetSuite Administrator certification through passing the Suite Foundation exams, required; 

At least 3 years of NetSuite software experience, preferable within a leadership capacity;

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products;

Astute oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;

Exceptional time management, attention to detail, multi-tasking, problem-solving and follow-through skills;

Be able to work effectively alone and within a team environment;

Proven leadership capabilities. 

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM with flexibility on the schedule. 

Compensation:

$140K - $180K DOE, for this full-time, exempt position.
